We determine these rates based on research of current trends in our local markets that are consistent to the area, amenity packages and current availability, ensuring fairness and alignment with local conditions.

Our standard and special fees, as well as fee ranges, are designed to be as transparent as possible. The fees displayed in our materials, online listings, and lease agreements are accurate as of the time they are shared. However, it’s important to note that these fees may increase or decrease before a lease is signed. Factors, such as market conditions, property upgrades, or changes to utility services can influence fee adjustments. A total security deposit of up to one month's rent may be required depending on individual scoring results.
