We resided here for over 10 years and over all the leasing and maintenance staff were great. When I submitted a maintenance request for our unit or the common/community areas they were very responsive. They did a good job keeping the interior common areas and exterior ares clean.

The residence is always maintain to a high expectation and the rental office staff is always friendly and willing to help

Anytime I have a request it is always answered courteously and promptly

This was the easiest process, they are very organized and in the office was very knowledgeable; they made me feel confident with my decision. The tenants are friendly and finding a place that takes pets can be challenging but this place is amazing.

Great staff, clean facility, pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry room, study hall and well maintained landscape. Close to major freeways and shopping malls. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I've been living here since Nov of 1997.

I have been here for about 20 years and have loved it so far and have enjoyed everything the property has to offer. The staff is always nice to work with and get the problems fixed right away. They always respond to you in a timely manner and get things done in a short time.

The staffs at Bixby Knolls Apartment have provided excellent customer service to me and my 91 year old mother. The ramps and elevator access assist in helping me to move in and around the complex. In addition the Maintenance crew has assisted in making my apartment handicap friendly to further assist in my care for her. The fact that is a pet friendly community allows me to have my little dog in my home which is an additional comfort to my Mother and me.

Maintenance needs and concerns are met with quick response and professionally resolved. I have been satisfied with my two year residence at the Bixby Knolls Apartment complex I have chosen as my place of residence.

I feel safe and the grounds of this apartment community are well kept, clean and it is good to have staff available 7 days per week. They respond to all requests in a timely manner. Good neighbors and they seem respectful at all times. I like living here.

Since I've moved here in November of 2009 I have had no problems. The only thing that I had wrong was an electrical outlet that blew out a couple of weeks after I got here and soon after I informed the leasing office, it was replaced LICKETY SPLIT!

Upon moving here first, I was unsure of what to expect from our new home. However, I was impressed but the simplicity of Bixby Knolls. The convenience of being so close to numerous freeways and alternatives routes aided with my daily commute. Curious at first of the tranquility that the inner courtyard present, to my disbelief it kept it is appeal with little noise. With features, that includes well-groomed greens along with Pool and Jacuzzi.

In the last few weeks there have been a few upgrades at Bixby. One being a new study room. It is the perfect place to get some real work done if you know what I mean :).

It’s a nice little nest for us. Me and my family enjoy living here.We have lived here about 3 years and just renewed our lease for another 6 months. Nice area of town close to shopping centers, grounds are kept up well and the staff is there every step of the way.

Stuff happens nothing bad but its life I live in a one bedroom/bath its $900 not too much and not bad for myself and my cat we live here in peace and love it, management is great at helping us when asked.

In all of my apartment living years, I have never been happier in an apartment as I am today. You see, I am a travelling nurse and have lived throughout the US. I have yet to experience a more helpful and friendly management staff. My apartment was perfectly clean when I moved in. It was the first apartment that I never felt "dirty" when I was handed the keys. The landscaping on the property is incredible! The maintenance is the greatest! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
